Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MapleNyx Consulting Partners Ltd. (“TextForge”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit www.textforge.tools (the “Site”). We have written it to be as clear as possible. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@maplenyx.com.

1. Summary

  • The text you type or paste into our tools is processed in your browser. It is never sent to or stored on our servers.
  • We do not require accounts and we do not ask for your name, email or other personal details to use the tools.
  • We show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads, including personalised ads where the law allows and you have agreed.
  • Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the Site.

2. Text you enter into the tools

All of our text tools run locally in your web browser using JavaScript. Input and results stay on your device and disappear when you close or reload the page, unless you copy or download them. We cannot see, collect or recover this text.

3. Information collected automatically

Hosting and server logs

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When your browser requests a page, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and diagnose problems, and it is kept only for a limited period in line with the provider’s retention practices.

Advertising

See section 5 below.

We do not currently use any separate analytics service.

4. Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and device identifiers.

  • Preferences (ours): if you switch between light and dark mode, we save your choice in your browser’s local storage under the key theme. It never leaves your device.
  • Advertising (third parties): Google and its advertising partners may set and read cookies, as described below.
  • Consent (Google): where a consent message is shown, your choices are stored in a cookie so that we can respect them on future visits.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work.

5. Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display ads on the Site.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings (My Ad Center). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu. In Canada, see youradchoices.ca.
  • If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised based on your browsing.

To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, please read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Google’s own handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Your consent choices

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: visitors from these regions are shown a consent message, provided through Google’s certified consent management platform, before personalised ads or related cookies are used. You can accept, reject or customise your choices.

United States: residents of states with consumer privacy laws, such as California, can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising through the privacy message shown to them.

Everyone: you can review or change your choices at any time using the link in the footer of every page (where available in your region), through your browser settings, or with the opt-out links in section 5.

7. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to provide, secure and improve the Site, to show advertising that funds the Site, to respond to messages you send us and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.

8. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for advertising cookies and personalised ads, and on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, working website for server logs and preference storage.

9. Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. Please do not send confidential text.

10. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site (our hosting provider and Google as our advertising provider), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users. Some of these providers process information outside your country, including in the United States.

11. Children

The Site is a general-audience service and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

The Site is served only over HTTPS. Because tools process text on your device, your content is not exposed to our servers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent and to object to certain processing. Because we hold very little personal information, most requests relate to emails you have sent us. To make a request, email contact@maplenyx.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

14. External links

Our pages and the ads on them may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
