About the Reverse Word Order
Sometimes you need the words backwards rather than the letters, for example to reorder a “Last, First” list, to create a word puzzle or to test how a sentence reads in a different order. This tool reverses the order of words on each line and leaves the words themselves unchanged.
Each line is handled separately, so the order of lines stays the same. Punctuation stays attached to the word it was next to, and repeated spaces are reduced to single spaces.
How to use it
- Paste your text, with one sentence or phrase per line if you like.
- Click Reverse Words.
- Copy the result.
